This blogpost describes how to integrate Firebase or AppsFlyer with Alembic using Google Universal Analytics. This assumes that:
- you have already integrated Firebase or AppsFlyer with Google Analytics (GA).
- you are familiar with creating Goals in GA.
- you have the required ‘GA Editor’ role at the Property or View level to perform the tasks or use the features described in this document.

- From the GA Homepage, click ‘Behavior’ -> select the “Events” tab -> click “Top Events” -> select ‘Full Report’.
- Search for your events to verify that they are pulled in through GA as Events.
- Create a GA3 Goal for each Event
- Identify Goal structure from the following options:
- Goals from a template
- Custom Goals (recommended)
- Smart Goals
- Identify ‘Type’ from the following options:
- Destination, Duration, Pages/Screens per session, or Event (recommended)
